Dr. Nineberg is a psychiatrist on the teaching faculty of Harvard Medical School. In the past 20 years, he has served as an expert witness in approximately 400 cases involving sexual abuse by clergy and teachers; negligent use of psychoactive drugs; suicide; and boundary violations by medical personnel. He is available for consultation, medical record and document review, writing and editing reports, and testifying.
He has an active clinical practice specializing in psychopharmacology. Dr. Nineberg has supervised and lectured to medical students and resident physicians at Harvard and Boston University and has given Grand Rounds and spoken at local and national conferences on issues relating to psychiatric malpractice and clergy sexual abuse.
