Dr. Knezevic continued his surgical training at University of California - Irvine with a Fellowship in Corneal, Anterior Segment, & Refractive surgery. Dr. Knezevic has published many peer-reviewed articles, presented at national conferences, and written a number of book chapters on the topics of dry eye, corneal surgery, and cataract surgery. He has performed an extensive number of sight-saving surgeries abroad, and has been a visiting physician in both India and Nepal. He is motivated to pass his experience on to the next generation by teaching residents and medical students.
