I am board-certified in internal and emergency medicine through the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and American Board of Physicians Specialties (ABPS) with seventeen years of full-time clinical experience. I graduated from Hamilton College in 2003 with a degree in neuroscience and French. I then attended the Joan C. Edwards School of Medicine at Marshall University in Huntington, West Virginia and graduated as a medical doctor in 2009. I attended my residency in internal medicine at LSU in Shreveport, LA followed by my fellowship in emergency medicine at the University of Tennessee in Memphis. I have spent most of my career in emergency medicine. I worked a number of locum tenens positions across the Southeast but, move to California in 2016 where I was on staff as an emergency medicine physician at Mercy Hospital in Bakersfield, CA for six years.
