After successfully completing a Neurosurgical residency, I worked as a Neurosurgeon in East Tennessee since 1996. My first 10 years was in a Level 1 Trauma Hospital in Kingsport, TN. Board certified in 1999. Moved to Knoxville area in 2006 and have been in General Neurosurgery practice since. (30 years total)
Much of my focus has been spine, peripheral nerve, intracranial surgery. Have done emergency and planned brain surgery’s for tumors, aneurysms, AVM, and trauma. Have also done cervical and lumbar surgeries including disc surgery. Also did decompressions and fusions of the spine as well as tumors.
