Dr. Carolyn Carman is a board certified/diplomate (ABO), residency-certified, licensed, practicing Therapeutic Optometrist and Glaucoma Specialist in Texas and former University of Houston Clinical Professor and Clinic Director. She has over 30 years of experience in comprehensive eye care for all ages and specializes in visual impairment due to ocular disease, ocular injury, or brain injury. She has been involved in expert witness testimony for over 20 years and serves both plaintiff and defense counsel. She is available to assist with records review, detailed reports, deposition and trial testimony, case preparation and question development, comprehensive vision evaluations, IMEs, and mobile exams. Dr. Carman is the former Chair of the Texas Optometry Board after receiving 2 Texas Governor appointments.
