David Mefford is an experienced Contractor and Remediation Expert. As such, he is highly qualified as a Consultant and Expert Witness in nearly every aspect of Construction, including; Construction Defects, Defective Building Envelopes, Water Intrusion, Sewage Backups, Mold Remediation, as well as Flood and Fire Restoration.
