I am a board certified pediatrician with 30 years of experience in both ambulatory and hospital pediatrics. I am experienced in child abuse and neglect as well as pediatric head trauma. I have additional expertise in newborn care, neonatal resuscitation, circumcision and birth injuries. I have been a Neonatal Advanced Life Support instructor for over 10 years and an instructor in Pediatric Advanced Life Support for 20 years. I received the "Special Achievement Award" for distinguished service and dedication to the mission and goals of the academy from the American Academy of Pediatrics due to my work in child safety.
