Dr. Maloney is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and a Fellow of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons. He has been in private practice and hospital based oral and maxillofacial surgery for 14 years. He has expertise in office based surgery such as dental implants, bone grafting, wisdom teeth extractions, dental extractions and oral pathology. In addition, he has 14 years of experience at two Regional Level I Trauma Center Hospitals. Hospital based procedures he has expertise in include facial trauma such as mandible fractures, midface trauma, dental injuries and dental/head and neck infections. I have found that years of clinical experience have been quite helpful in understanding and analyzing problems. Having served on and chaired the judicial and peer-review committees, I've been able to examine problems frequently related to initial treatment planning, correct diagnosis, and prognosis.
