Dr. Holliday is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with 20 years of professional experience, including more than 17 years providing clinical nutrition leadership within the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), the largest correctional system in the United States. His expertise is heavily centered in clinical nutrition care, medical nutrition therapy, health care systems, food service operations, and standards of care in dietetic practice. He served as a clinical dietitian from 2007–2009 and currently serves as the Acting Chief Clinical Dietitian for the BOP, overseeing and advising on complex clinical nutrition matters across the federal correctional system. Dr. Carey C. Williams is board-certified in Pediatrics and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She works at a large suburban outpatient pediatrics clinic which serves 16,000+ patients from birth to 19 years of age. As a general pediatrician, she sees thousands of patients annually for acute and preventive care, and has experience with hospital care of the well newborn. She has served as lead physician for clinic- and community-based quality improvement initiatives, participates in regular CME activities, and practices evidence-based medicine according to American Academy of Pediatrics guidelines.
