Prior to this, I was director of the Forensic Evaluation Service at the Oregon State Hospital, which conducts the majority of court-ordered evaluations in Oregon. I have testified in multiple high-profile trials and thrive under challenging cross-examination. Dr. Victoroff is a Harvard trained, triple board certified neurologist, neuropsychiatrist, and psychiatrist. He serves as Associate Professor of Neurology and Psychiatry at the Keck School of Medicine of the University of Southern California. He is the author of many peer-reviewed scientific articles, and the principal author and editor of Concussion and Traumatic Encephalopathy (Cambridge University Press, 2019). He was selected by the Surgeon General to be one of the founding neurologists of the NFL Neurologic Care Program.
