Dr. Mihail Zilbermint, M.D., M.B.A., F.A.C.E., is an Associate Professor of Clinical Medicine specializing in Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine (academic appointment). He serves as the Chief and Director of the Division of Endocrinology, Diabetes, and Metabolism at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians Suburban Hospital in Bethesda, MD, and is the director of the Endocrine Hospitalist program.
After completing his endocrinology fellowship at the National Institutes of Health, Dr. Zilbermint established an Endocrine Hospitalist and Inpatient Diabetes Management Service at Johns Hopkins Community Physicians. This program focuses on improving glycemic control for hospitalized patients.
