Mr. Marcor Platt provides expert opinion reports and testimony for structural and civil projects involving both forensic engineering and design engineering. He has conducted over 500 forensic investigations involving roof failures, wall failures, foundation damage, corrosion, or other forms of damage resulting from rain, hail, wind, snow, tornado, lightning, fire, volcano, tropical storm, vehicle impact, or other natural or man-made events. He has testified at depositions and trials regarding project cost estimates and underground engineering feasibility, structural response to wind forces and resulting water intrusion, truss repair versus replacement, and other issues.
