Fowler serves as an instructor on a variety of topics including accident reconstruction, for the Oklahoma City Police Department and the State of Oklahoma’s Council on Law Enforcement Education and Training. He is also the owner/operator of Collision Dynamics LLC, through which accident reconstruction services are offered to the private sector.
MSgt. Fowler has investigated in excess of 2,000 collisions, and has reconstructed many of these cases. These include non-injury, injury, and fatality collisions. MSgt.
