I have received the following awards: Grenzebach Award nomination (Council for the Advancement and Support of Education) for an Outstanding Doctoral Dissertation; promoted to Fellow for Meritorious Service with the American Association on Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities; appointed to the Ford Motor Company Dispute Settlement Board; appointed by Thomas Edison State College to mentor and approve students for bachelor degrees after successful completion of six credit practicums; elected as President to the Eagle Workers' Compensation Trust Board of Directors; appointed to write statewide position papers; Authored 12 books including "Company Management Policies, Procedures, and Practices."
