At School Liability Expert Group we provide services from case inception through resolution. Determining the merit of a case, assisting with the development of pleadings, deposition focus and questions, conducting file and deposition review and analysis, developing expert reports, and offering testimony at deposition and trial are some of the services provided. Through the experience of its founder and principal expert witness, Dr. Dragan, and expert witness Dr. Jorden Schiff, along with a highly trained staff, School Liability Expert Group, provides quality comprehensive services for plaintiff and defendant attorneys in high-profile and complicated cases. Dr. Dragan has a doctorate in Education Administration and Supervision from Rutgers University, a master’s in Education Law from the University of New Hampshire, School of Law, and a master’s in Special Education from The College of New Jersey. He is the author of The Bully Action Guide: How to Help Your Child and How to Get Your School to Listen and numerous articles and blogs on school law, school management, and special education. He is an experienced pre-kindergarten through grade 12 public and private school administrator, residential school, and special education administrator who also served as an official with the NJ State Department of Education. Dr. Dragan has been qualified in state and federal courts around the country and has worked with attorneys in 47 states, D.C. and Canada. Dr. Schiff has a doctorate in Education Administration and Leadership from Rutgers University and a masters in Elementary Education from Rutgers University. He has authored articles on the administration of schools and has testified at numerous legislative hearings regarding education topics. He is also the recipient of numerous awards for excellence in education. Dr. Schiff has served as a Superintendent, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Personnel, and Principal. He has testified at deposition and trial.
