Experienced CRNA who is passionate about anesthesia practice standards, education, and simulation. I am experienced in anesthesia education as full-time faculty and as an administrator. I have designed and delivered curriculum based on CRNA standards, ethics, and scope of practice. My academic work allowed me to create simulation programs based on anesthesia crisis resource management and skills training. I have chaired multiple doctoral projects relating to best practice for CRNAs and emerging science and research. The focus of my PhD dissertation was understanding and preventing academic misconduct in APRN education.
