Additional Information

Hospitals, Medical and Healthcare construction projects are and have been my trademark specialty as a general contractor and construction manager for my entire career. For over 45 years I've provided successful management and leadership for extremely complex, high risk construction projects, while stationed on both the physical job sites as the boots on the ground leader as well as professionally in the corporate offices settings. My $4.5 billion of construction volume in healthcare construction projects' experiences have taught me how to operate successfully in highly collaborative teaming environments as well as those that are highly adversarial in 9 states and Canada. Dispute resolution in some form is a constant need almost every hour of every day in construction. I learned decades ago in the field and through formal professional training how to always settle them collaboratively and help all parties through their disagreements amicably or at least with consensus solutions. I can humbly but also proudly say that all of my projects safety track records, budgets, cost controls, high quality workmanship, communications methods and schedules were successfully executed and managed in an exemplary manner. In fact some of the information and tools created in my manuals for safety, cost & schedule management and disruption avoidance planning over the years are still being used by other construction companies today. I'm also called on at least annually to present this kind of information at conferences in my industry in order to pass it on to others.
