I have over 30 years of academic and private practice experience in hospital, ambulatory medicine and nursing home care. I have an active Internal Medicine practice in the New York tristate area since 1997. I am a Clinical Professor at the Zucker School of Medicine, New York and I am the Medical Director of the Visiting Nurse Association of Staten Island, New York. My unique skill set, experience and training give me the expertise to opine on a variety of clinical cases in medicine as well as other specialties including nursing home care, long term care management of the elderly in the community as well as transitions of care. I am objective, straight forward and will provide you with clear unbiased reports to help navigate complex medical cases.
