I am a Registered Nurse licensed in Arizona, California, and Colorado with a specialized knowledge, education, and experience working with the geriatric population, both in acute care and skilled nursing contexts. I have served the geriatric population for more than 27 years as a certified nursing assistant (CNA) and registered nurse in Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care facilities. I also have seven years of experience as a Case Manager in post-acute care management. I have worked in an administrative capacity as a supervisor/Charge Nurse, during which she supervised the nursing staff and in various clinical settings. I have received my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Phoenix in 2012, Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of San Francisco in 2014, and Doctor of Nursing Practice from Grand Canyon University in 2017. I have also served as a mentor for the Master’s of Science in Nursing (MSN) students from the University of San Francisco since 2017.
