He specializes in scientific consulting services for cases involving NRD, PFAS, and other contaminates, as well as habitat damages for a variety of clients, state trustees, and legal counsel across the United States. Dr. Laska is an expert in habitat restoration, climate change, habitat and species biology, and sustainability. His work includes landmark environmental cases, small site-specific litigation, and everything in between. Dr. Laska and his team of scientists at Great Ecology bring a holistic understanding of ecosystems that allows for a comprehensive assessment and addressing of environmental injuries while providing ecological remedies. Dr. Laska and team excel at quantifying damages, conveying facts to scientific and non-scientific audiences, and offering informed, balanced perspectives.
