Dr. Ishaque is an award-winning, UCSF trained, board-certified Diagnostic Radiologist and Vascular & Interventional Radiologist in Los Angeles, CA. He completed his diagnostic radiology residency and interventional radiology fellowship at UC San Francisco which has been ranked as the #1 radiology training program in America. He has been listed in “America’s Best Doctors.” Dr. Ishaque has held numerous leadership positions and has led various advisory committees throughout his career. He has published in medical journals, presented at national and international society meetings, and won awards including Best Public Speaker at a medical conference. At his current place of work, he is the Chief of CT imaging as well as the radiology liaison for multi-disciplinary committees including tumor board and lung cancer screening. He continues to develop standard guidelines for nearly all interventional radiology procedures performed. At his current practice, Dr. Ishaque performs over 500 interventional procedures and reads over 18,000 diagnostic exams each year. For interventional radiology, he has expertise in nearly all of the associated procedures with a particular focus in interventional oncology, vascular interventions, and neurointerventional pain management. For diagnostic radiology, he has expertise in imaging modalities including CT, MRI, X-ray and ultrasound with a particular focus in neuroradiology and musculoskeletal radiology. Given his prior training and current high-volume practice, he is up to date on the standard of care for diagnostic and interventional radiology. Most importantly, he is reliable and well-spoken which is a proven asset when it comes to litigation support.
