Mr. Griffith has forty (40) plus years experience in public accounting. He also has experience as a cost accounting supervisor in industry and was an Assistant Professor of Accounting at West Virginia State College. Mr. Griffith has worked for many individuals and corporations in the areas of taxation, accounting, management advisory services and litigation support. Mr. Griffith has been accepted as an expert in various Circuit Courts throughout West Virginia, Kentucky, Ohio, Virginia and Pennsylvania and in the Federal Court for the Southern and Northern Districts of West Virginia and the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. He has been a Financial Consultant for businesses and attorneys in tax, financial and economic matters — often serves as an economic witness in litigation involving securities, personal injuries, fire losses, wrongful deaths, contractual disputes, matters before the Public Service Commission and business valuations. Roger is Director of Gray, Griffith & Mays, a.c., a local CPA firm which provides accounting, tax, management advisory services, and litigation support services. He has been called upon by the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals to be a presenter for continuing education seminars, to Circuit Judges and Family Judges in the areas of business valuation and economic damage matters.
