With over 30 years of vast industry experience, he has been involved in the following roles: consultant, owner representative, general contractor, subcontractor, and vendor, providing a wealth of insight. Experience includes projects ranging from under $1 million to several over $1 billion with contract types consisting of bid-build, design-build, P3 concession, and construction management. Project types include highways, bridges, utilities, railway, dams, locks, water systems, public works, piling, shafts, mining, prisons, buildings, fiber optics, telecommunication facilities, marine, USACE, and DOT. Past claim and change order experience includes the following: - Preparation of a multi-million dollar claim on a USACE float-in-place dam project. Cost and schedule analysis prepared for this project. - Insurance-related cost of repair analysis on a municipal project involving blocked electrical ducts causing rework and modifications. - Change-order cost preparation for necessary bridge repairs/modifications on a waterway project. - Cost and schedule analysis for a lawsuit involving the construction of an office/warehouse facility. - Analysis of cost overruns for a hotel project involved in litigation. - Deposed, as an expert on a construction injury case involving improper use of scaffolding materials. - Cost of repair expert for a civil works project.
