These methods are highly effective in allowing the client to release painful and difficult feelings and memories. It reduces/eliminates symptomology associated with grief and traumatic experiences, such as anxiety, depression, dissociation, fear driven life and attachment disorders. This, in turn, reduces the need for addictive behavior to numb the nervous system, such as drugs, alcohol, food, gambling, sex addiction and shopping. It then fosters healthier relationships due to newfound ability to attach and connect at deeper levels. These methods allow me to quickly assess the level of stress in the nervous system. It also is highly effective at identifying the levels of trauma.
