After Dr. Beck completed his doctoral training he finished an APA-approved clinical/medical internship at the Washington University School of Medicine. He is the Former Director of Behavioral Health Services for a major hospital system, providing neuropsychological services to both ED and Rehabilitative departments and directing a Post Doctoral Residency Program in Neuropsychology. He was also the Assistant Director of a Family Medicine Residency Program. Prior to this he was Director of Pediatric Psychology for Phoenix Children’s Hospital. During the past 38 years he has held teaching appointments at the University of Arizona School of Medicine in both the Department of Pediatrics and Family Medicine.
