Dr. Alexis E. Dixon is a board-certified Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle surgeon. She graduated valedictorian of her medical school class with Highest Distinction at the University of Southern California. She completed her Orthopaedic Surgery residency at USC, with a significant portion of training at the Los Angeles County Medical Center, one of the largest and busiest trauma centers in the United States. Her fellowship in Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle surgery was completed at one of the oldest and foremost Foot and Ankle fellowships in the country at Baylor University in Dallas. Here, she gained expertise in complex lower extremity reconstruction and injury management. Dr. Dixon is a member of the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Orthopaedic Foot and Ankle Society. She has presented her research on issues in foot and ankle surgery at national meetings for both of these societies. She was raised on Maui, Hawaii and received her bachelor’s degree at Pomona College in Claremont, California. She is fluent in English and Spanish. Dr. Dixon currently practices at DISC Sports & Spine Center in Marina Del Rey and Century City. She is available for IMEs, Expert Witness Testimony, Disability Evaluations, Fitness for Duty Evaluations, and Medical Records Review.
