Rachel Duchon received a Master of Business Administration from Canisius College in 2013. Her MBA studies included time spent in the European Union researching disability within the work place and labor economics. She earned a Master of Science degree in Community Mental Health from Canisius College in 2007. Her undergraduate degree from Hilbert College was completed in 2005 with a major course of study in Psychology. Rachel is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Forensic Vocational Expert, Disability Analyst and Fellow, Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Diplomate of American Board of Vocational Experts and International Psychometric Evaluation certified. She intends on being certified in Life Care Planning November 2019. Her special interests include earnings analysis, forensic rehabilitation and economic damage calculations. She has been a guest speaker at the Buffalo and Albany Claims Association, University at Buffalo, Erie County Bar Association, Western New York Regional Affiliate of the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and The American Association for Justice.
