National Medical Honor Society - AOA; Fellow American College of Surgeons; Comprehensive Ophthalmology, Cataracts, Femto Laser, Medical Retina, Glaucoma, Ocular Surface Disorders, File and Disability Reviews, Expert Witness. My experience is primarily clinical rather than academic. I have performed over 10,000 surgical and laser procedures in my career. I stay current with CME, seminars and online articles. Presently, I do not work a full schedule, so I have more time to devote to providing expert services. For several years, I provided Disability File Reviews for Metlife (approx. 200 reviews), as well as other agencies (TASA). I have provided expert witness services both for plaintiff and defendant, with video and in court appearances. I insist on having all available records for review so that I can provide unbiased, credible opinions. In depositions and court, it is my opinion that I maintain composure, present coherent testimony, and am well received by jurors. As part of my service, I review all available records, research the issues and I am prepared to stand by my opinions. I am married, grown children, non smoker, non drinker and I exercise regularly. My few schedule is $400/hr for review, $500/video, $600/hr in court. There minimums, and compensation for travel. I prefer to work in Florida. I will provide a brief gratis consultation to determine if a case has merit, and can be argued successfully.
