Dr. Nancy Hoffman is a geriatric neuropsychologist with a specialty practice in Northern California focusing on consultation, assessment, and expert witness testimony in forensic cases involving issues of mental capacity, undue influence, conservatorships, will and trust contests, and financial abuse/exploitation in older and dependent adults. She was invited to contribute a chapter, "The Assessment of Testamentary Capacity and Undue Influence in the Older Adult", for Forensic Geropsychology: Practice Essentials (APA Books, 2018). She frequently gives talks to medical and legal professionals and to the public on topics related to aging and forensic issues. She also maintains a clinical practice providing neuropsychological assessment, treatment planning, and psychotherapy with older adults in the San Francisco Bay Area.
