Dr. Loch is currently a full time practicing interventional pain management physician in Florida and Georgia. He is board certified in both anesthesiology and pain medicine by the American Board of Anesthesiology. Dr. Loch completed his residency and fellowship training at the University of Florida in Gainesville. He is currently the medical director of Atlantic Regenerative Joint and Spine Center in Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida. He holds privileges at several local hospitals and serves on the Credentials Committee for Baptist Hospital Health System. Dr. Loch has personally performed over 9,000 image guided spine, joint, and nerve injections for the treatment of acute and chronic pain. He is currently a treating physician in three FDA approved clinical trials for pain and pain related pathology. His particular areas of expertise are image guided pain interventions including facet procedures, epidural injections, spinal cord stimulation, kyphoplasty, radiofrequency ablation, and peripheral nerve blocks. He also has additional training and current practice/research experience in regenerative medicine using platelet rich plasma and autologous stem cells for spine and orthopedic conditions. Dr. Loch has been involved with many professional societies including the American Society of Interventional Pain Physicians, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine, and has held leadership positions in the American Society of Anesthesiologists.
