Founded by Michael S. Gillen in 1993, National Collision Technologies Inc. (NCTI) is a private accident reconstruction firm located in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. NCTI maintains a full-time staff and facility dedicated to the technical investigation and reconstruction of traffic collisions in the greater Southeastern United States. We serve both plaintiff and defense firms and have provided expert testimony in Federal, Military, State and local courts that include reported cases in which our expertise was upheld by the Louisiana Supreme Court. Mr. Gillen has been investigating traffic collisions since 1977 and testified in over 400 cases. Armed with over 1,000 hours of formal training and over 40 years of experience, he frequently testifies in criminal and civil proceedings as an expert witness in traffic reconstruction. Our in-house capabilities include, but are not limited to, on-call response, site and vehicle inspections, written reports, computer survey and drafting, drone aerial photography, total station survey, and evidence storage.
