Ian Miller is a principal economist who leads the litigation support practice at NF Economic Consulting, LLC. For litigation support engagements, Mr. Miller applies financial and economic analysis to evaluate claims for economic damages. He has experience measuring economic damages in personal injury and medical malpractice cases, wrongful death, employment discrimination, environmental litigation (NRDA), patent infringement, real property damages (stigma/diminution in real property value) and breach of contract suits. Working closely with attorneys and multi-disciplinary teams of expert consultants, he has testified as an expert witness, prepared expert testimony, and delivered timely concise reports. He has aided settlement negotiations, drafted deposition questions, interrogatories, and critiqued opposing economic experts’ testimony and reports. Mr. Miller holds the Master Analyst in Financial Forensics (MAFF) designation (Certificate # 323, specializing in business and intellectual property damages) awarded by the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA).
