Dr. Lee is a fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon with offices in Maryland and Delaware. After receiving his undergraduate degree in chemical engineering at the MA Institute of Technology, Dr. Lee attended medical school at the University of North Carolina School of Medicine. During his tenure at UNC, he also received a master of science degree in public health from the University of North Carolina Gillings School of Global Public Health. Upon graduation from medical school, Dr. Lee completed an internship in general surgery at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at Nashville General Hospital. His subspecialty training in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, robotic surgery, and gynecologic endoscopy was finished at MedStar Washington Hospital center in the District of Columbia. Since fellowship training, Dr. Lee's practice has consisted of high volume advanced laparoscopic surgery, hysteroscopic surgery, and office procedures. For the past 10+ years, he has treated patients with pelvic pain, abnormal bleeding, endometriosis, and uterine fibroids using novel advanced minimally invasive approaches and techniques.
