Extensive experience in Emergency Management and Business Continuity Industry Standards development and implementation as an active member of Industry Standard Development Organizations (NFPA 1600, ISO 22301, Emergency Management Accreditation Program). Participation in writing Emergency Management industry standards, including leading Standards Committee. Qualified Business Continuity Management System (BCMS), National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standard on Emergency Management and Business Continuity (1600), and International Standards Organization (ISO) 22301 Lead Auditor Co-Author - “Critical Infrastructure Systems: The platforms for a successful development of a nation’s security”. Experienced in Effective: Community-based Emergency Preparedness Plans – reviewed, evaluated, and developed multiple emergency management plans. Emergency Management Plan and Program review as a compliance reviewer/assessor of Emergency Management Programs for public and private sector programs since 2004 including multiple states, counties, cities, as well as private sector entities and “pilot programs” in Emergency Management compliance.
