Jeffrey B. Carr is President and Senior Economist of Economic & Policy Resources, Inc. (EPR), and is responsible for the management of a national applied economics consulting practice as managing partner. He also is responsible for the design and implementation of economic and public policy research and economic/tax revenue forecasting initiatives, and project management of major contracts. Program specialization includes forensic economics/litigation support, regional and spatial economics, economic impact-contribution assessments in a wide variety of settings (including the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa Program), demographic forecasting, and economic development policy formation.
