She conducts vocational evaluations, vocational testing and assessment, labor market research, job analyses, and ergonomic evaluations. Since 1998, Ms. Coughlin has provided a wide array of vocational consulting service to include vocational evaluations, labor market research,vocational plan development and monitoring services. Ms. Coughlinhas taught career transition classes to students with disabilities. Ms. Coughlin is a past Board Member of the California and Nevada Chapters of the International Association of Rehabilitation Professionals (IARP). Ms. Coughlin has testified in over 3000 Social Security Disability hearings. She conducts transferable skills analyses and provides expert opinion on ability to work in local and National economies for the Social Security Administration. Utilizing medical documentation and other data, Ms. Coughlin develops viable vocational rehabilitation programs for individuals with disabilities. Ms. Coughlin specializes in working with individuals who have sustained industrial injuries as well as private career counseling clients.
