Additional Information

Chuck Ehrlich offers a compelling combination of experience as a senior insurance company executive and, previously, a litigation partner in a national law firm. Recruited from private practice to the team organized to resolve the most complex and challenging claims and reinsurance problems facing Xerox’s insurance businesses (and later those of Fairfax Financial Holdings Limited) Chuck served both as Senior Vice President/Claims and as General Counsel for insurance companies and claims administrators, and was on the Board of Directors of companies in the US and overseas. Chuck had overall responsibility for billions of dollars in claims, and legal expenses in the scores of millions. Previously, as a private lawyer, Chuck represented policyholders and insurers as part of his broad commercial litigation practice. He served as operational head of the firm’s litigation group, legal counsel to the firm, and on the executive committee. Chuck brings to expert assignments a keen understanding of the insurance business and the litigation process, as well as an analytical mind and clear writing.
