Michael Ramirez, Psy.D., Q.M.E., has 22 years of experience that include consultation, psychotherapy, and forensic psychological examination combined with a Doctorate of Psychology in Clinical Psychology and advanced degrees in Marriage and Family Counseling and the Humanities. Dr. Ramirez is experienced in the treatment of Dual Disorders. In his private practice, he performs a range of forensic examinations, including consultative examinations for Social Security, Worker’s Compensation, and the Regional Center. Dr. Ramirez has experience working as a provider for a number of major health care service associations, including EAP, SAP assessment, and CID services. He has instructed students at the College of the Redwoods, Humboldt State University, Long Beach State University, University of Houston, and the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (Alvin Community College) in addictions and psychology.
