He has given more than 50 depositions and testified at trial 11 times in the past 25 years. Dr. Dydek is an independent expert, having provided testimony on behalf of a roughly equal number of plaintiffs and defendants. His expertise is in the area of evaluating the human health effects for exposures to chemicals and microbial agents (mold and bacteria).
