With over 32 years' experience as a medical examiner/forensic pathologist, I have performed over 10,000 medicolegal autopsies, testified as an expert in hundreds of state criminal cases [primarily KY, some Wash DC], testified occasionally in Federal Court [both criminal and civil], and been deposed in many civil cases. Includes interpretative forensic toxicology. Retiring from active practice at the end of 2015, I have been consulting in forensic pathology and toxicology and providing testimony in both civil and criminal trials and depositions, primarily in the Midwest and Southeast, but in jurisdictions such as CA and AL.
