Joshua Siegel, MD is the Sports Medicine Director at Access Sports Medicine & Orthopaedics and has treated professional, national, and division I collegiate athletes. Dr. Siegel has mastered the latest techniques in arthroscopic surgical treatments of the knee, shoulder and elbow. He is a fellow of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgeons, and a member of the American Orthopedic Society for Sports Medicine (AOSSM), the Arthroscopy Association of North America, and the Sports Medicine Fellowship Society. He is also a founding member of Northeast Surgery Center, an ambulatory surgery center in Newington, NH. His professional interests revolve around the surgical and medical treatment of all athletic injuries.

I am a Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon in private practice with 31 years of civilian and 8 years of military (4 Residency and 4 Staff) experience in Orthopedic Surgery. I have developed an interest in IME and Legal Expert examinations due to my interest in teaching, which is what I view the role of an expert. I have attended the SEAK conference on expert testimony, the AMA course on IMEs and currently spend about 80% of my practice time "Forensic Orthopedics," i.e. IMEs and legal expert testimony. I am licensed in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Arizona, and Alaska. I am an experienced expert witness.

Neal Small, M.D. has been in the private practice of orthopedic surgery for over 35 years. Dr. Small has performed over 15,000 orthopedic surgical procedures. Dr. Small's areas of clinical expertise include issues involving the knee, shoulder and spine. Dr. Small is a past president of the Arthroscopy Association of North America (AANA). Dr. Small has performed hundreds of independent medical examinations (IME's) and thousands of medical file reviews as an expert. Dr. Small has provided expert testimony in numerous depositions and courtroom appearances.
