I have a lifetime of experience in real estate management, brokerage and development. During my career, I have personally managed over 1,500 residential and commercial units. After owning and running a full service real estate company until 2010, I decided to focus on expert witness work while continuing to run a boutique property management firm doing direct management for appoximately 100 units and asset management for a portfolio of over 1,200 units. I also continue to run a mortage banking division under my California real estate broker license, and advise my long term clients on development projects, acquisitions , sales and property management. I am a past-president of the San Francisco chapters of the CCIM Institute, the Institute of Real Estate Management, the Bay Area Mortgage Association and the Forensic Expert Witness Association.
