Dr. Rademacher is a board-certified emergency physician with eight years of post-graduate clinical experience. After medical school at the University of Michigan Dr. Rademacher completed four years of emergency medicine training at The Johns Hopkins Hospital with a focus on telemedicine. He then became faculty at The University of Michigan with a position at Hurley Medical Center, the level I trauma center in Flint, MI. While working in Flint Dr. Rademacher won numerous teaching awards, held educational administrative positions and implemented clinical pathways for ED based universal HIV screening, narcan distribution, and medications for the treatment of opioid use disorder. Dr. Rademacher moved to Grand Rapids in the summer of 2020 and continues to practice emergency medicine at the local level II trauma center in addition to the free standing ED.
