Psychology, Forensic Psychology - Independent Medical Evaluations, Expert Witness, Medical File Review Consultant, psychology injury, psychologist, forensic psychology, incompetent to stand trial, NGRI, immigration, psychiatric injury, psychiatric, tort, mental health, Spanish speaking, bilingual, multicutural
...It is important to understand that some psychologists are inherently better than others at conducting and completing psychological evaluations. I conduct criminal, civil, and administrative evaluations of all types including personal injury, workers compensation, incompetent to stand trial, not guilty by reason of insanity, immigration evaluations, POST evaluations etc. I find it that psychologists who conduct evaluations across criminal, civil, and administrative law settings gain from using information in one setting and applying it to a different setting. Specialization plus diversification is key in finding the right expert witness.
