He has practiced at three area hospitals, Morton Hospital, Taunton MA, Charlton Memorial Hospital, Fall River, MA and Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, North Providence, RI. He is a veteran and also served in the United States Navy as a general medical officer and then as an anesthesiologist in the United Staten Navel Rezerve at USNH Portsmouth, VA. Mayo Clinic educated and trained, Julie Rogers is a board certified anesthesiologist practicing at a community hospital. She is an expert in obstetric, ENT, pediatric, ambulatory, orthopedic, cardiothoracic, plastic, neurosurgical, vascular, regional and monitored anesthesia care (MAC) anesthesia. Her current anesthesia practice is diverse, including all of these disciplines. She also teaches airway management to medical residents. Her background includes a PhD in science/pharmacology and a MA in ethics. Her PhD work involved studying the mechanisms of drug molecules, which is integral to understanding anesthesiology.
