Mr. Regard is an electronic discovery and computer science consultant with 30 years of experience in consulting to legal and corporate entities. A programmer and an attorney by training, Mr. Regard has conducted system investigations, created data collections, and managed discovery on over a thousand matters. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner, Certified Public Accountant, Chartered Global Management Accountant with a Master's Degree in Taxation and is Certified in Financial Forensics. Paul has more than 30 years of experience in the accounting profession. He began his practice with a big four public accounting firm and has served as an expert witness or consultant in numerous forensic, fraud, and litigation engagements with damage claims ranging from $1 million to $250 million.
