I am an Assistant Professor at SUNY Upstate Medical University and a full-time cardiologist at Lourdes Cardiology. I am also the medical director of Cardimetabolic Medicine, a center for weight management and cardiovascular wellness. I have more than 25 years of experience spent caring for patients, first as a general practitioner, then as a cardiologist. A cum laude graduate from Hadassah Medical School at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. I completed internal medicine residency at Albert Einstein college of Medicine and cardiology fellowship at NYU School of Medicine in New York City. I also earned board certification in obesity medicine. I focus in cardiovascular disease and preventive cardiology, weight management, cardio-metabolic medicine (including hypertension, diabetes and hyperlipidemia).
