He has designed, developed, and managed multiple residential and commercial properties, responsible for the acquisition and city approvals to site improvements, general contracting/construction and ongoing property management.
Mr. Gottfeld is a licensed Architect, a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and is certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB).
