I have been doing expert witness work for approximately 10 years. To date, I have participated in over 40 cases and have been deposed twice. I enjoy participating as an expert witness for numerous reasons but two reasons stand out to me. The first is that I enjoy teaching. I teach also as a member of a speaker bureau in another role where I educate other physicians about diabetes and diabetes treatment options.
