Mr. Scully has vast experience in emergency care with over seven years of practice as a certified physician assistant. Dr. Panzer is among a select group of experienced forensic physicians dual Board-Certified physicians in Psychiatry and Brain Injury Medicine. He has served as a forensic evaluator and testifying expert witness for the past 13 years simultaneous with clinical practice as a treating psychiatrist at a highly regarded regional rehabilitation hospital. Patients suffer from brain injuries, TBI, dementias, stroke, spinal cord injuries and other catastrophic injuries.
